(a) This section does not apply to:\n(1) a teacher employed as a substitute teacher; or\n(2) an individual who holds an adjunct teacher permit issued by the governing body of a school corporation or the equivalent authority for a charter school or nonpublic school under IC 20-28-5-27.\n(b) A teacher employed in a public school must be employed on a uniform teacher's contract or a supplemental service teacher's contract.","path":["TITLE 20.
