The department shall:\n(1) publish the criteria required for approval of a course access program course; and\n(2) publish and maintain an updated course access program catalog including:\n(A) a list of approved course access program courses provided by authorized course providers;\n(B) a description of each approved course access program course; and\n(C) in a manner that complies with the privacy provisions of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. 1232g), any available completion rate and performance outcome data;\non the department's website.","path":["TITLE 20.
