Not later than July 1, 2026, and not later than July 1 each year thereafter, the department shall do the following:\n(1) Prepare a report that includes the following information:\n(A) The percentage of students, disaggregated by grade and school, who:\n(i) scored \"above proficient\" on the ILEARN assessment for math in grades 5, 6, and 7; and\n(ii) were enrolled in an advanced math course in the subsequent school year.\n(B) The percentage of students, disaggregated by grade and school, who:\n(i) scored \"above proficient\" on the ILEARN assessment for math in grades 5, 6, and 7; and\n(ii) were not enrolled in an advanced math course in the subsequent school year.\n(2) Submit the report to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.","path":["TITLE 20.
