(a) Not later than December 1, 2026, the secretary of education shall do the following:\n(1) Identify key metrics and activities to be used to measure civic literacy and engagement in kindergarten through grade 12 and postsecondary education.\n(2) Submit the metrics identified under subdivision (1) to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.\n(b) This section expires July 1, 2027.","path":["TITLE 20.
