As used in this chapter, \"student\" refers to a student who meets the following conditions:\n(1) Is enrolled in a public school, a state accredited nonpublic school, or a nonpublic school that has requested and received from the state board specific approval for the school's education program.\n(2) Is in at least grade 9.\n(3) If the student is a student with a disability (as defined in IC 20-35-1-8), would benefit from the participation under this chapter as determined by the individualized education program for the student.","path":["TITLE 20.
