(a) The department shall develop a teaching and learning framework for the implementation of mathematics academic standards created under IC 20-31-3-2.\n(b) The framework described in subsection (a) must include a kindergarten through grade 5 mathematics:\n(1) proficiency implementation guide; and\n(2) daily instruction recommendation that requires a minimum of:\n(A) sixty (60) minutes for Tier 1 instruction; and\n(B) twenty (20) minutes for mathematics interventions.","path":["TITLE 20.
