{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-20-35.5-1-6","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 20-35.5-1-6","heading":"\"Reading specialist trained in dyslexia\"","body":"Sec. 6. \"Reading specialist trained in dyslexia\" means a professional who:\n(1) has expertise in and either has or is working toward an endorsement or certification, as determined by the department, in providing training for:\n(A) phonological and phonemic awareness;\n(B) sound and symbol relationships;\n(C) alphabet knowledge;\n(D) decoding skills;\n(E) rapid naming skills; and\n(F) encoding skills;\n(2) is fluent in the response to intervention process; and\n(3) has been trained in the identification of and intervention for dyslexia.","path":["TITLE 20.
