If a student's performance on an initial dyslexia screening, level I dyslexia screening, or level II dyslexia screening under IC 20-35.5-2 indicates a need for dyslexia intervention services, the school corporation or the charter school shall do the following:\n(1) Notify the student's parent of the results of the dyslexia screening.\n(2) Provide the student's parent with information and resource material that includes the following:\n(A) Characteristics of dyslexia.\n(B) Appropriate classroom interventions and accommodations for students with dyslexia.\n(C) A statement that the parent may elect to have the student receive an educational evaluation by the school.","path":["TITLE 20.
