(a) For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, an emergency when used with respect to repair or replacement is:\n(1) a fire;\n(2) a flood;\n(3) a windstorm;\n(4) a mechanical failure of any part of a structure; or\n(5) an unforeseeable circumstance.\n(b) For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, an emergency when used with respect to site acquisition is the unforeseeable availability of real property for purchase.","path":["TITLE 20.
