Except as provided in section 10.1(c) of this chapter, the voters in a referendum may not approve a levy that is imposed for more than the following:\n(1) For a referendum before July 1, 2017, seven (7) years.\n(2) For a referendum after June 30, 2017, eight (8) years.\nHowever, a levy may be reimposed or extended under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 20.
