As used in this chapter, \"school building\" means a building used as part of or in connection with the operation of schools and includes the:\n(1) site for the building;\n(2) equipment for the building; and\n(3) appurtenances to the building, such as heating facilities, water supply, sewage disposal, landscaping, walks, drives, and playgrounds.\nHowever, the term does not include a building that is designed for and to be used exclusively for interschool athletic contests.","path":["TITLE 20.
