To become a CSA participating entity, an individual or entity described in section 1 of this chapter must:\n(1) submit an application to the department in a manner prescribed by the department;\n(2) offer a sequence, course, apprenticeship, or program of study designated and approved under IC 20-51.4-4.5-6(a) for enrollment by career scholarship students; and\n(3) meet any other requirements established by the department.","path":["TITLE 20.
