Every employer and place of employment under the jurisdiction of the department of labor created by this chapter shall:\n(1) furnish employment that is safe for the employees therein;\n(2) furnish and use safety devices, safeguards, methods, and processes reasonably adequate to render employment and place of employment safe; and\n(3) do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the safety of the employee.","path":["TITLE 22.
