{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-22-12-1-3.8","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 22-12-1-3.8","heading":"\"Bunkhouse\"","body":"Sec. 3.8. \"Bunkhouse\" means a building or structure:\n(1) under one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet;\n(2) that is intended to be occupied or used by not more than twelve (12) occupants;\n(3) that includes at least one (1) bathroom that may be supplied by a well. However, due to the location of the building or structure, access to a public water supply is not readily available;\n(4) that does not include a kitchen or fireplace; and\n(5) where the occupants are primarily transient in nature.","path":["TITLE 22.
