(a) The commission shall meet at least quarterly.\n(b) A quorum of the commission consists of seven (7) members. IC 4-21.5-3-3 applies to a commission action governed by IC 4-21.5.\n(c) The affirmative vote of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the commission members present and voting is necessary for purposes of adopting a rule under IC 4-22-2.\n(d) A commission member may participate in a meeting by electronic means in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-3.6.","path":["TITLE 22.
