A contractor or subcontractor proposing to convert a residential property from heating oil to another heat source shall inform the property owner of the requirements of this chapter and include in a contract for labor and materials the cost of:\n(1) properly removing and disposing of all flammable or combustible liquids from a heating oil tank; and\n(2) either:\n(A) removing an outside filling pipe; or\n(B) permanently securing the tank against accidental filling.","path":["TITLE 22.
