(a) An individual who is at least sixteen (16) years of age may enroll in and attend a training program for certification as:\n(1) a Firefighter I;\n(2) a Firefighter II; or\n(3) an emergency medical technician.\n(b) This section does not affect the minimum age requirements for:\n(1) employment as a firefighter or emergency medical technician; or\n(2) certification by a national certification agency.","path":["TITLE 22.
