(a) All regulated lifting devices shall be registered under this section.\n(b) The department shall issue a registration for a regulated lifting device to an applicant who qualifies under this section.\n(c) To register a regulated lifting device under this section, an applicant must submit, on a form approved by the department, the following information:\n(1) Type, rated load and speed, name of manufacturer, location, and the nature of the use of the regulated lifting device.\n(2) Any information required under the rules adopted by the commission.","path":["TITLE 22.
