In addition to a regularly scheduled inspection of a regulated amusement device, the commission may, upon demand by the commission, inspect a regulated amusement device at any time following:\n(1) the report of an accident involving the regulated amusement device; or\n(2) a complaint concerning the regulated amusement device.","path":["TITLE 22.
