The following apply only to a minor who is at least fourteen (14) years of age and less than sixteen (16) years of age:\n(1) The minor may not work before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m. However, the minor may work until 9 p.m. from June 1 through Labor Day.\n(2) The minor may not work:\n(A) more than three (3) hours on a school day;\n(B) more than eighteen (18) hours in a school week;\n(C) more than eight (8) hours on a nonschool day; or\n(D) more than forty (40) hours in a nonschool week.","path":["TITLE 22.
