(a) For purposes of this section, \"normal customarily scheduled hours\" means the hours to which the claimant has agreed to work. Any reduction in hours that regularly occurs as a matter of practice, policy, or procedure of which the claimant was aware and to which the claimant has agreed will not be considered partial or part-total unemployment.\n(b) For purposes of this section, \"regular employer\" means an employing unit for which the claimant has performed services in the last twenty-six (26) weeks, except as provided under federal law.\n(c) A claimant who applies for benefits due to partial or part-total unemployment is ineligible unless the claimant can show that the claimant is working less than the claimant's normal customarily scheduled hours for the claimant's regular employer.","path":["TITLE 22.
