As used in this article, \"tangible evidence of an active search\" means a written record that:\n(1) can be verified; and\n(2) includes the:\n(A) actions taken to search for work;\n(B) methods of applying for work;\n(C) type of work sought;\n(D) dates and places where work was sought;\n(E) name of the employer or person who was contacted in regard to the search for work; and\n(F) outcome of the contact described in clause (E).","path":["TITLE 22.
