As used in this article, \"political subdivision\" means a:\n(1) county;\n(2) city;\n(3) town;\n(4) village;\n(5) school; or\n(6) sanitation, utility, reclamation, improvement, drainage, irrigation, flood control, or similar district.\nThe term also includes libraries, hospitals, and similar organizations that are a part of an entity listed in subdivisions (1) through (6).","path":["TITLE 22.
