{"data":{"id":"us-in/ic-22-4.1-1-3.5","jurisdiction":"us-in","citation":"IC 22-4.1-1-3.5","heading":"\"Employment social enterprise\"","body":"Sec. 3.5. \"Employment social enterprise\" means a nonprofit or for-profit organization that:\n(1) provides:\n(A) transitional employment; and\n(B) social support, including on-the-job and life skills training;\nto individuals with a barrier to employment, as defined in Section 3(24) of WIOA (29 U.S.C. 3102(24));\n(2) uses evidence based practices and data driven policies to inform decision making, implement procedures, and measure outcomes; and\n(3) does one (1) or more of the following:\n(A) Provides services.\n(B) Produces goods.\n(C) Assembles goods.","path":["TITLE 22.
