Authorization under this chapter may be revoked by the department:\n(1) for cause upon notice and an opportunity for a department hearing; and\n(2) for the authorized postsecondary proprietary educational institution failing to make the appropriate quarterly contributions to the fund not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of a quarter.","path":["TITLE 22.
