As used in this chapter, \"contractor\" means a person that satisfies either of the following:\n(1) Is a person that:\n(A) has entered into; or\n(B) is attempting to enter into;\na public contract for services with a state agency or political subdivision.\n(2) Is a person that:\n(A) has entered into; or\n(B) is attempting to enter into;\na contract for a public works project with a public agency.","path":["TITLE 22.
