(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), an individual who moves from another state may provide documentation from:\n(1) a physician;\n(2) a psychiatrist;\n(3) a social worker; or\n(4) another mental health professional;\nlicensed in that state, so long as the individual has an ongoing treatment relationship with the health service provider.\n(b) This section excludes a health service provider whose sole service to the individual is to provide a verification letter in exchange for a fee.","path":["TITLE 22.
