(a) Not later than ten (10) days after receipt of the notice and copy under section 1(f)(3) of this chapter, a respondent may file an answer to the complaint.\n(b) An answer must be:\n(1) in writing;\n(2) under oath; and\n(3) in the form prescribed by the commission.\n(c) An answer may be amended at any time.\n(d) An answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint.","path":["TITLE 22.
