As used in this article, \"qualifying individual\" means an Indiana resident who:\n(1) is awarded restitution by a court in a case that:\n(A) is instituted or maintained by the office; and\n(B) involves a violation by one (1) or more other persons of a statute set forth in IC 24-10-2-1(c); and\n(2) assists or otherwise cooperates with the office in the investigation, prosecution, or enforcement of the case.","path":["TITLE 24.
