This article does not apply to any of the following:\n(1) An approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)).\n(2) A technology transfer organization owned by or affiliated with an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)).\n(3) A licensee holding a patent from:\n(A) an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)); or\n(B) a technology transfer organization owned by or affiliated with an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a));\nif the patent has been licensed by the approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)) or technology transfer organization.","path":["TITLE 24.
