As used in this chapter, \"brand family\" means cigarettes that are:\n(1) sold under the same trademark; and\n(2) differentiated from one another by means of modifiers such as menthol, lights, kings, or 100s.\nThe term includes the use of a brand name, trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or other indicia of product identification that is identical or similar to or identifiable with a previously known brand of cigarettes.","path":["TITLE 24.
