(a) A person who violates this chapter is liable for a civil penalty equal to the greater of:\n(1) five (5) times the value of the cigarettes involved in the violation; or\n(2) one thousand dollars ($1,000).\n(b) A civil penalty under this section is in addition to any other penalty imposed.","path":["TITLE 24.
