(a) Either or both of the following may bring an action to prevent or restrain violations of this chapter:\n(1) The attorney general or the attorney general's designee.\n(2) A person that holds a valid permit under 26 U.S.C. 5712.\n(b) A person that brings an action under subsection (a) shall provide notice to the attorney general of the commencement of the action.","path":["TITLE 24.
