As used in this chapter, \"child resistant packaging\" means packaging that:\n(1) is designed or constructed so that it is significantly difficult for children less than five (5) years of age to:\n(A) open the package; or\n(B) obtain a toxic or harmful amount of substance from within the package;\nwithin a reasonable time; but\n(2) is not difficult for adults to use properly.","path":["TITLE 24.
