As used in this chapter, \"genetic data\" means any data, regardless of format, that:\n(1) results from the analysis of an individual's biological material, including analysis of:\n(A) the complete DNA;\n(B) regions of the DNA;\n(C) chromosomes;\n(D) genes; or\n(E) gene products; and\n(2) concerns an individual's genetic characteristics.\nThe term does not include deidentified data.","path":["TITLE 24.
