(a) A person injured by a violation of section 5 of this chapter may bring a civil action for:\n(1) injunctive relief;\n(2) actual damages caused by the violation;\n(3) treble damages; and\n(4) costs and reasonable attorney's fees.\n(b) Injunctive relief may be granted for a violation of section 5 of this chapter regardless of the failure of the plaintiff to show irreparable injury.","path":["TITLE 24.
