As used in this chapter, \"rental agreement\" means a written contract:\n(1) that authorizes a renter to use a vehicle made available by a rental company for a period of thirty (30) days or less;\n(2) under which a charge for use of the vehicle is made at a periodic rate; and\n(3) under which title to the vehicle is not transferred to the renter.","path":["TITLE 24.
