As used in this chapter, \"dealer\" means a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, leasing, or exchanging motor vehicles. A person is a \"dealer\" under this section if the person sells, leases, or advertises the sale or lease of more than four (4) motor vehicles within a twelve (12) month period.","path":["TITLE 24.
