As used in this chapter, \"jurisdictionally mixed charge\" means any charge that:\n(1) consumers may be assessed for use of inmate calling services;\n(2) is not included in the per minute charges assessed for individual calls; and\n(3) is assessed for, or in connection with, the use of inmate calling services to make calls that have:\n(A) interstate or international components; and\n(B) intrastate components;\nthat are not able to be segregated at the time the charge is incurred.","path":["TITLE 24.
