(a) After June 30, 2022, a provider shall not enter into or renew a contract with:\n(1) the department of correction; or\n(2) any:\n(A) county;\n(B) city; or\n(C) public or private agency or organization;\nthat operates a correctional facility in Indiana;\nfor the provision of inmate calling services at a correctional facility unless the terms of the contract comply with this chapter.\n(b) Any term, condition, or provision that:\n(1) is included in a contract that is entered into or renewed after June 30, 2022, for the provision of inmate calling services at a correctional facility; and\n(2) violates this chapter;\nis void.","path":["TITLE 24.
