(a) As used in this chapter, \"financial services provider\" means any of the following that is involved in facilitating or processing a payment card transaction, as appropriate in the context:\n(1) A financial institution.\n(2) A person engaged in money transmission in Indiana under IC 28-8-4.1.\n(3) A payment card issuer.\n(4) A payment card network.\n(5) A merchant acquirer.\n(b) The term includes an:\n(1) affiliate;\n(2) officer;\n(3) agent; or\n(4) employee;\nof a person listed in subsection (a).","path":["TITLE 24.
