(a) As used in this chapter, \"practitioner\" means a person that holds:\n(1) an unlimited license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(2) a limited or probationary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(3) a temporary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(4) an intern permit; or\n(5) an inactive license;\nissued by the board regulating a profession.\n(b) The term includes a person that held:\n(1) an unlimited license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(2) a limited or probationary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(3) a temporary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(4) an intern permit; or\n(5) an inactive license;\nissued by the board regulating a profession when the alleged violation of this chapter occurred.","path":["TITLE 25.
