As used in this chapter, \"dependent\" means a natural child, stepchild, or adopted child of a parent who is a member of the armed forces of the United States and who is less than twenty-six (26) years of age and at the time of application under this chapter:\n(1) resides with the parent; or\n(2) is:\n(A) enrolled in and regularly attending a secondary school; or\n(B) a full-time student at an accredited college or university;\nin Indiana.","path":["TITLE 25.
