(a) As used in this chapter, \"practitioner\" means an individual who holds:\n(1) an unlimited license, certificate, or registration;\n(2) a limited or probationary license, certificate, or registration;\n(3) a temporary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(4) an intern permit; or\n(5) a provisional license;\nissued by the board regulating the profession in question, including a certificate of registration issued under IC 25-20.\n(b) The term includes an individual who held:\n(1) an unlimited license, certificate, or registration;\n(2) a limited or probationary license, certificate, or registration;\n(3) a temporary license, certificate, registration, or permit;\n(4) an intern permit; or\n(5) a provisional license;\nissued by the board regulating the profession in question, including a certificate of registration issued under IC 25-20, when the alleged violation of this chapter occurred.","path":["TITLE 25.
