(a) A dentist may not be required to:\n(1) administer an immunization; or\n(2) complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter;\nif the dentist chooses not to administer immunizations.\n(b) If a dentist chooses not to administer immunizations, the dentist is not required to complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter to maintain a license to practice as a dentist in this state.","path":["TITLE 25.
