(a) The board shall reinstate the expired license of:\n(1) a funeral director;\n(2) an embalmer;\n(3) a funeral director intern; or\n(4) a funeral home;\nthat applies for reinstatement of the license not later than three (3) years after the date the license expired and meets the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6(c).\n(b) If the license of:\n(1) a funeral director;\n(2) an embalmer;\n(3) a funeral director intern; or\n(4) a funeral home;\nhas been expired for more than three (3) years, the board shall reinstate the license if the holder of the license applies for reinstatement of the license and meets the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6(d).","path":["TITLE 25.
