The board may issue a license to an individual who:\n(1) is licensed, certified, or registered in another state or territory of the United States that has requirements determined by the board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements specified in this article;\n(2) is in good standing in the other state or territory;\n(3) applies in the manner required by the board; and\n(4) pays an application fee specified by the board.","path":["TITLE 25.
