(a) The board may file a proposed complaint to condition, suspend, or revoke the license of a licensed professional geologist.\n(b) The recipient of a proposed complaint may either:\n(1) agree to the terms of the proposed complaint; or\n(2) not more than thirty (30) days after receiving the proposed complaint, request an informal review of the proposed complaint before the board.\n(c) Failure by a licensed professional geologist to request the informal review under subsection (b) constitutes an agreement to the terms of the proposed complaint.","path":["TITLE 25.
