(a) An applicant for licensure shall pay a nonrefundable fee established by regulation of the board.\n(b) All fees paid to and collected by the board under this section and IC 25-17.6-5 shall be deposited in a fund under the jurisdiction of the board.\n(c) The survey shall be:\n(1) designated to collect and disburse funds represented by the fees described in subsection (b); and\n(2) required to execute a bond, with corporate surety, in an amount to be determined by the board.","path":["TITLE 25.
