If a person fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the person's:\n(1) license shall be suspended; and\n(2) name shall be deleted from the roster described in IC 25-17.6-3-10;\nuntil the renewal fee is paid.","path":["TITLE 25.
